These terms cover your use of Posting Pal. Using the service means you accept them.
Posting Pal publishes content you provide to social accounts you connect, at times you choose. We are a tool that acts on your instructions. We do not write, endorse or review your content.
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything published from your account. Tell us straight away if you think somebody else has access.
Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store it and publish it on your behalf, purely so the service can do its job. You confirm that you have the right to publish what you schedule, and that it does not break the law or the rules of the platforms you post to.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
Social platforms change their rules and their interfaces whenever they like, and they can rate-limit or reject posts for reasons outside our control. We will do our best to publish what you schedule, but we cannot guarantee any particular platform will accept it.
We aim to keep the service running and will give notice of planned downtime where we can. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
Paid plans are billed as described at the point of purchase. You can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not bill you for anything you have not agreed to.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost audience or lost data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and we will tell you why.
If these terms change materially we will update the date above and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
