Social publishing

Schedule it once.
It posts everywhere.

Posting Pal takes the content you have already made and publishes it to the social accounts you connect, at the times you pick. You approve what goes out. It does the rest, every day, without you opening five apps.

Where it posts

The accounts you already own

You connect your own accounts through each platform's official login. Posting Pal never asks for a social password and never signs in as you.

📘

Facebook Pages

Publishes text, link and image posts to any Page you manage and choose to connect.

📸

Instagram

Publishes images and videos to Business or Creator accounts linked to a Page you connected.

🎵

TikTok

Uploads and publishes your videos to the TikTok account you connected.

▶️

YouTube

Uploads your videos to your own channel, as Shorts or standard uploads, with your title and description.

💼

LinkedIn

Publishes posts to your personal feed.

📌

Pinterest

Pins your images to the board you pick.

How it works

Four steps, then it runs itself

1

Create your account

Sign up with an email address and a password. That is the whole signup. Nothing is connected to any social platform yet.

2

Connect the accounts you want to post to

Pick a platform and you are sent to that platform's own login and consent screen. You review exactly what you are granting, and you approve it there, on their site. We only ever receive what you approved, for the accounts you selected.

3

Write the post and pick when it goes out

Add your caption, attach your image or video, tick the accounts it should go to, and set the date and time. Post now, or queue up a month of it in one sitting.

4

Approve it, and it publishes on time

Everything sits in a queue you can see. Edit it, reschedule it, or cancel it right up until it goes. When the time comes we publish it and report back what happened, including any error the platform returned.

Nothing publishes that you did not schedule. Posting Pal has no autonomous mode. Every post that leaves the system was written or approved by the account holder first.

Pricing

One price. Every platform.

No per-account fees, no per-post fees, no tiers to work out.

$1 a day

Billed $30 a month. Cancel any time, from inside your account, in two clicks.

  • Connect every platform we support
  • Unlimited scheduled posts

Permissions

What we ask for, and why we ask for it

Every permission below exists to do one job the user explicitly asked for. We request nothing we do not use, and we do not read anything we were not given for a stated reason.

📘 Facebook Pages

pages_show_list

So we can show you a list of the Pages you manage and let you choose which ones to connect. Without it we cannot show you anything to pick.

pages_read_engagement

So we can read back the post we published and show you its status and basic counts in your history.

pages_manage_posts

So we can publish the post you scheduled to the Page you chose, at the time you chose. This is the core function of the product.

📸 Instagram

instagram_basic

So we can identify the Instagram Business account linked to your Page and show you which account a post will go to.

instagram_content_publish

So we can publish the image or video you scheduled to that account. This is the core function of the product.

🎵 TikTok

user.info.basic

So we can show you which TikTok account you connected and confirm it is the right one before anything is posted.

video.publish

So we can upload and publish the video you scheduled, at the time you chose.

▶️ YouTube

youtube.upload

So we can upload the video you scheduled to your own channel, with the title and description you wrote.

youtube.readonly

So we can show you which channel you connected and report back whether an upload succeeded.

What we never ask for: your password, your private messages, your direct messages, your contact lists, your follower lists, or any friend's data. None of it is needed to publish a post, so none of it is requested.

Data and security

What we hold, and how you get rid of it

Only what publishing needs

Your name and email, an encrypted access token for each account you connected, the posts and media you scheduled, and whether each one published. That is the complete list.

Tokens are encrypted at rest

Access tokens are stored encrypted and used for one purpose: publishing the posts you scheduled. They are never shared, never sold, and never used to read anything you did not ask us to read.

Disconnect stops it instantly

Disconnecting an account inside Posting Pal deletes that token there and then, and we stop publishing to it from that second. You can also revoke us from the platform's own settings.

Delete everything on request

Ask us to delete your account and we remove your tokens, your scheduled and published posts, your media and your account record. Full instructions are on our data deletion page.

The full detail is in our privacy policy and terms of service. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use your content to train anything.

Who it is for

People who already make the content

Small businesses, creators and one-person operations who are producing their own posts and videos, and are tired of publishing the same thing by hand in five places on five different apps. Posting Pal is the last step of that job, automated, without handing anybody your passwords.

🗓️

Queue a week in an afternoon

Sit down once, load the week, and stop thinking about it. Move anything around later if plans change.

Approve before it goes

Everything waits in a queue you control. Nothing surprises you, and nothing goes out unreviewed.

📊

See what actually posted

A plain history of what published, where, and when, plus the real reason if a platform rejected something.
