How to delete your data

You can remove your data from Posting Pal at any time, and you do not have to ask us first. There are two levels to it.

1. Disconnect a social account

Signing in to Posting Pal and disconnecting an account removes that platform's access token from our systems immediately, and we stop publishing to it from that moment. Nothing else about your account is affected.

You can also revoke our access from the platform's own settings, for example under Settings → Business Integrations on Facebook. If you do that, our stored token stops working straight away.

2. Delete your whole account and everything in it

Email support@getpostingpal.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my data. We will:

Delete your access tokens for every connected platform, immediately.
Delete your scheduled and published post history, your uploaded media and your account record.
Confirm to you by email when it is done, within 30 days and usually much sooner.

The only thing we keep afterwards is what the law requires us to, such as payment and tax records. Those hold no social data and are never used for anything else.

What we never had in the first place

We do not collect or store your social passwords, your private messages, your contacts or your follower lists. There is nothing of that kind to delete because we never took it.
